How we ship
We dispatch orders through the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. Each saree is securely packed so it arrives in perfect condition, in the shortest time possible.
Delivery timeline
Timelines count from the date of dispatch. International times depend on the destination country and customs clearance. In rare cases, delays can happen for reasons beyond our control, and we will keep you updated on your shipment.
Shipping charges
For international orders below ₹10,000, shipping is paid when you place the order. These are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, so any customs duties, import taxes or local charges in your country are paid by you at delivery.
Customs clearance
All apparel exported from India is inspected by the Indian Customs Department. Officers may open your package to check it, then reseal it with an official label.
