Orders are shipped throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. Our goal is to ensure that your order reaches you in the best condition and within the shortest possible time.

Delivery Timeline

Domestic Shipping (Within India):
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.

International Shipping:
International orders usually take 5–20 working days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.

Please note that in rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such situations, we will keep you informed regarding the status of your shipment.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Domestic Orders:
We offer free shipping across India.

International Orders:
For orders shipped outside India, customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges, along with any custom duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in the destination country.

Customs Clearance

All apparel shipments exported from India must undergo inspection and clearance by the Indian Customs Department. During this process, customs authorities may open the package for inspection. After verification, the package will be resealed with a label stating “Opened for Customs”.

Therefore, if the package appears to have been opened but carries this official label, please do not be concerned as this is a standard customs procedure.

Important Note for International Orders

For international shipments:

Shipping charges must be paid at the time of placing the order.
Custom duties, import taxes, and local charges imposed by the destination country must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
All international shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
