At Auvirah, we take pride in offering authentic and carefully crafted sarees. Many of our products are handwoven and produced in limited quantities, making each piece unique. Due to the delicate and artisanal nature of our products, we follow a strict Exchange-Only Policy.
Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept product returns. Exchanges are only applicable in case of a defective or damaged item received by the customer.
To raise an exchange request, you must contact us at info@auvirah.com with the following details:

Clear photos of the product

A parcel opening video showing the product with our original tag intact
The parcel opening video is mandatory to verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery.
If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please note that customers will be responsible for sending the product back to us through self-courier at their own cost.
Auvirah does not provide return pickup or return shipping labels. Customers must ensure the product is securely packed and shipped back safely.
Items sent back without first requesting and receiving exchange approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Auvirah follows a strict no-refund policy. We do not provide refunds on any purchased products.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item for exchange, we will notify you whether the exchange has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will send a replacement product of the same or similar value.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your exchange was approved and you have not received an update, please contact us at info@auvirah.com.
